50lbs down!!

Since last September I have lost lost about 50lbs thanks to eating better, working out in general and ALOT of Zumba. If you have never tried Zumba, you should, just look at what it did for me. Even if you are ridiculously uncoordinated, this is just too fun to pass up. It's a high energy, high cardio dance workout. Best part, you don't even realize you are working out until you see the results :)
